Tram's place was exactly as described in the listing. The place has been set up for hosting. I specially liked the king bed in the bigger room which is rare in an air bnb. The place was spotless and kitchen had all the required accessories. Tram is an excellent and very responsive host. I will definitely love to stay again.

My sisters and I truly enjoyed our stay. The place was peaceful, we felt safe, and the set up was perfect for our girls trip. Tram was knowable about the area and found every way possible to accommodate us. She was very responsive, the place was so cute and so clean. I’m thankful they were lucked up on this gem!

We could tell this apartment was well-thought out and designed with the guests in mind! The little details were great: teas and snacks, plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies, a charger on the nightstand…Tram even brought us a sweet treat to welcome us on the first night! There were several restaurants and stores nearby, along with a nice park. Street parking could be a little tricky if you arrived back at a later hour, as this is a residential area. We found School Street was easiest to find a spot. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Windy City! It was safe, very clean, and comfortable!

The place was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was friendly and attentive. She had everything from shampoo to toothpaste. Games and she even left snacks and got me a birthday card. I’ll definitely be back!
